Guy Even Ezra, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Even Ezra was doing business development for Oberon Media, Inc., a U.S. based platforms and gaming company, since 2006. In such capacity he was handling the acquisitions made by Oberon, as well as the establishment and operation of few branches and subsidiaries in Eastern Europe and China.
Prior to Oberon, Mr. Even Ezra was a partner at the law firm of Zellermayer, Pelossof& Co., Adv. Mr. Even Ezra had managed the high-tech department, consulting to many start-up companies and Venture Capital funds.Prior to that, Mr. Even Ezra was a lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell, one of New York leading law firms.
In parallel, Mr. Even Ezra has been advising number of start-up companies, was sitting in number of boards and is a seed investor in start-up companies.
Mr. Even Ezra holds an LLM from New York University and an LLB from Tel Aviv University.
Eitan Ron, President
Eitan Ron is responsible for worldwide operations and the overall strategic vision of TalkAhead.
Mr. Ron founded HumanClick, a provider of Web-based live chat solutions, Ltd in 1999 with Tal Goldberg and Eyal Halami. He served as CEO of the company until LivePerson acquired it in 2000. Mr. Ron was appointed General Manager of LivePerson Israel, and was responsible for integrating the two companies. Mr. Ron stayed al LivePerson until 2007.
Prior to founding HumanClick, Mr. Ron held high-level marketing positions at Mercury Interactive and ServoLogic Ltd. He began his career as a Hardware Engineer at Scitex Corporation Ltd, a company specializing in products for the graphics design, printing and publishing markets.
Mr. Ron holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion.
Tal Goldberg, Chief Technology Officer
Tal Goldberg is developing and delivering TalkAhead strategic product direction.
In 1999, Mr. Goldberg founded HumanClick Ltd, a provider of Web-based live chat solutions, with childhood friends Eitan Ron and Eyal Halami. HumanClick was an enormously successful business that was acquired by LivePerson (Nasdaq:LPSN) in October 2000.
Mr. Goldberg served as the Chief Technology Officer of LivePerson until 2008, when he stepped down to found TalkAhead. The code that Mr. Goldberg initially designed continues to serve as the technological building block for LivePerson's system architecture.
Prior to HumanClick, Mr. Goldberg served as Research and Development Director at Scanvec, where he lead the development of Computer Aided Design (CAD) solutions for the textile industry. Prior to Scanvec, Mr. Goldberg held various software engineering positions at Silvaco Ltd. and Technomatics Ltd.
Mr. Goldberg has an M.Sc. in Computer Science and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science, both from Tel Aviv University.
Eyal Halahmi, Vice President of Research Development
Eyal Halahmi oversees the development of the TalkAhead platform.
Mr. Halahmi founded HumanClick, Ltd, a provider of Web-based live chat solutions, in 1999 with Tal Goldberg and Eitan Ron. He served as Vice President of Research and Development until 2000, when LivePerson acquired the company. Mr. Halahmi served as LivePerson’s Vice President of Research and Development until 2008.
Prior to founding HumanClick, Mr. Halahmi worked for Jacada, a leading developer of tools for transforming Legacy mainframe applications into eBusiness solutions. At Jacada Mr. Halahmi served as a Software Team Leader for the company’s Java-based client/server products. Prior to Jacada, Mr. Halahmi served as Software Development team Leader at Comverse Technology Inc. where he led development of their AutoDisk Client.
Mr. Halahmi holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Philippe Lang, Co-Founder
Philippe Lang leads business development, marketing and public relations for TalkAhead.
Prior to founding TalkAhead, Mr. Lang was responsible for LivePerson’s small and midsized business (SMB) solutions, which have been adopted by more than 7,000 customers worldwide. Mr. Lang helped grow the company into a $100 million dollar business.
Prior to joining LivePerson, Mr. Lang served as Chief Web Officer at HumanClick, where he established all U.S. operations and spearheaded Web and marketing activities for the leading live customer service application on the Internet. Upon HumanClick’s merger with LivePerson, Philippe played a vital role in furthering the company’s initiatives within the SMB sector.
Mr. Lang’s broad expertise with the Internet began with Synon (now owned by Computer Associates), where he managed the company’s development of Internet Services, including an advanced Intranet and a highly interactive public website. From there, he founded Langonline, an Internet consultancy firm whose clients included National Semiconductor, Tektronics, and the University of San Francisco. He also co-founded a profitable retail wine website with operations in Europe and North America.
Mr Lang holds an Engineering degree from the Université de Technologie in Compiègne, France and an MBA from ENPC Paris.
